This is something very special and for the first time born @ OOMYO. It´s totally handmade and unique. Every item has it´s own passport, with a date of issue, own name and blessing.
Sanskrit: mālā "garland" is a traditional tool used to count the number of times a mantra is recited, breaths while meditating or the repetitions of a God's name. A full mala contains 108 counting beads plus one guru bead. Malas can be made of many materials — we only use authentic gemstones, rudraksha seeds and wood.
A common way to use the mala is to track a “japa,” or mantra meditation. “Japa” translates to “muttering” in Sanskrit. The repetitive recitation of a single sound, such as “Om,” or a longer mantra, such as the Hare Krishna mantra, are calming and transformative. Mala beads are important mediums for peace and enlightenment. If you choose to meditate on your mala, be patient and kind to yourself. Hand knotted and blessed, the beads are meant to help you live with intention. We don’t believe you need to be religious or have a spiritual practice to wear mala beads—you can simply wear them as a reminder of personal intention you’ve set, or when seeking a calmer mind, body, and spirit.
This mala is made of nude color jadeite, tourmaline and quartz beads, The Krishna Bead is a sunstone.
